Value Added Tax Identification Number
According to § 19 UStG (Umsatzsteuergesetz) in Germany, small businesses ("Kleinunternehmen") are exempt from charging and displaying Value Added Tax (VAT) on their invoices. Therefore, we are not obligated to have a VAT identification number ("Umsatzsteuer-ID") as per this regulation.
Consumer dispute resolution/universal arbitration board
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
